Village Green certainly lives up to it reputation as the very best mobile home park in this area – quiet neighborhoods; beautiful upkeep of trees and streets; friendly and capable staff who went the extra mile for me while moving in.  I’m glad I chose this park when I returned to live in Grand Haven.

Since the “move-in” process, (which, in my opinion, was seamless/easy), I have felt welcome, cared for, and an integral part of the Village Green Community.  It’s a gift to live here – The VG staff is a proactive/professional, kind/courteous, and willing to assist with any issue – AND responsive with questions.  Our neighborhood is lovely, well-maintained, and once has a sense of pride, security and an ‘established’, clean, stable feel to it.  Personally I feel this community is always in a stage of ‘continuous development’ – looking to make things better, to improve.  Thank you VGreen for all you do, and making my home a place I love to be…

The Village Green has been a huge blessing for me.  It is a great place to live.  Clean and the office staff are very helpful.  I was able to purchase and move right in and have been residing in Village Green for almost one year.  I would greatly recommend it.  The staff is courteous, helpful and always kind whenever I need anything.

We have owned a home in Village Green for two years now.  We find it to be clean, well maintained and inviting.  The maintenance staff is helpful and handy.  The office staff is on top of concerns with homeowners in a timely manner to resolve any matter that may arise.  We especially appreciate Kate and her friendly personality.

We recently became residents of The Village Green, having owned a series of private homes over the course of our marriage we’ve been very pleased with the park for many reasons.  First, management and all employees are highly professional as well as friendly and courteous.  They’re very responsive and always ready to help.  Second, the residents take pride in their homes.  There are some beautiful gardens enhancing the beauty of the tree lined streets and mature trees throughout.  Third, it’s quiet and safe here, and I enjoy walking our streets.  We’ve been very happy with our decision to become part of this community.

Choosing to move into Village Green was an easy decision.  The park, is safe, clean, and quiet.  With the help of Kate, my husband and I were able to pick out and design a double wide that was perfect for our lifestyle.  The house was delivered early and assembled efficiently.  After moving into our house we did find a few issues.  Without hesitation Gayle, Kate and Lisa made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction by Bob, the park maintenance man, or MHE builders.  We are now settled in and looking forward to many years at Village Green.

I would just like to let you know how pleased I am that I bought a mobile home in this park! The park is kept up well and it is a family park and the children are so well behaved its a pleasure to watch them play!!! Office manager’s and staff are always willing to help if they can! A smile on their face!!!  AWESOME!!! Happy to be living here.

We chose the Village Green as our home because of the surroundings and the way the park is taken care of. The people we have met have been extremely friendly.  The staff at Village Green are very friendly and helpful.  Would recommend the Village Green to anyone who is looking for a forever home.  The only disappointment would be that when new homes are brought in, whatever you need done to your home gets put on hold as they don’t have enough staff to accommodate everyone.

I have loved living in the Village Green.  I moved in to take care of my elderly mom in 2008.  I love the staff and the maintenance workers do a great job of keeping the park neat.  It’s also very peaceful here.  A great place to live.

We purchased a home in The Village Green in which to live after our retirement. We find it a friendly community that is quiet and well managed, close to grocery stores, banks, the beach and downtown. The local bus service stops at your front door for that trip to the beach or an errand with no worries about parking. A great place for a primary home or a second home. If you are looking for a friendly, convenient place to live consider The Village Green.

Being recently retired…I was faced with many choices. Did I want to continue living in an upstairs apartment in [the] G.R. [Grand Rapids, MI] area that was continually getting “unsafe”, too expensive, too many traffic tie-ups to go anywhere, – the list goes on – or to buy a home somewhere and be locked in for x-amount of years or even life.

A few months ago I was visiting a friend of 50+ years from my home town. He and his wife had just bought a “new” mobile home here at The Village Green. They informed me of the several mobile homes available here.

Here was the opportunity to have the best of both worlds… own a residence with flexibility to stay, or move it to a future lot or my own piece of property, or leave it here and sell it myself or let the property management sell it for me.

My choice was clear to me, being on a limited income; this has cut my total living expenses in half and I own something. Now I have “peace of mind,” save money, feel safe, have friendly neighbors, travel around freely (with many places to go).
